Our Club hosted the first Student of the Month Program at the Queen Creek Unified School District Building Tuesday, and it was a smashing success! Carol Prellberg orchestrated an event that was standing room only, with well over 100 in attendance.
45 students from 21 Kiwanis partner schools received Student of the Month awards as chosen by their schools. The winners got a Kiwanis Certificate, Harkins Theater movie passes, and free ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery on Power Road.
Come and meet us at the Town of Creek Founder’s Day celebration on Saturday Sept. 20 from 5-9 p.m at 5 p.m. – 9 p.m at Frontier Family Park (20039 S. 220th St.). We would love to tell you about our all-volunteer organization and let you know how you can help, and get involved.
